BEGINNER LYRA WORKSHOP
Sunday, November 15th from 12 – 2pm
In collaboration with the amazing ladies of Hudson Valley Circus Arts, we are pleased to offer a 2 hour lyra workshop at their BRAND new location: BSP Kingston. This workshop is open to all.
In this workshop, you will learn various techniques to enter and exit the hoop. Build strength, showcase flexibility and learn to flip, turn, roll, pose, and transition between positions!
This workshop will be held at BSP Kingston, NOT our regular location!
